Color mixing is an essential skill for watercolor. This class will cover the basics of color theory and introduce you to new and exciting combinations of hues. Sophie will guide you through various exercises to encourage your creativity and expand your knowledge of color. Both experienced and beginner watercolorist are welcome - this class will help you grow no matter where you are in your watercolor journey.
Sophie will provide all workshop supplies that you need but feel free to bring your own paints if you'd like. Each participant will leave with a new watercolor block. Paints and brushes will be provided for use during the workshop and are available to purchase. Workshops take place in my shop, Sophie Tivona Paper: in the Temescal Alley, 470 C 49th St. in Oakland. Workshops are 90 minutes.
