Watercolor is a wonderful art form that is portable and easy!

We will learn the basics of painting with watercolor while painting nebulous, intriguing planets in this workshop!  We will learn different blending and layering techniques and how to put together a composition. We will go over the ins and outs of choosing brushes, the styles of watercolor paint (pan vs. liquid watercolors) and discuss types of watercolor paper while doing a warm-up to get comfortable with the materials.

Once everyone is ready, we will paint some planets! By the end of class, everyone will create two watercolor paintings and be confident to make more!
